Deprecated

• @pleach/tools is deprecated — folded into @pleach/core. The UnifiedToolDefinition contract, registry, and Zod schema helpers now ship inside @pleach/core at the opt-in subpaths @pleach/core/tools and @pleach/core/tools/unified. Import from there — zero extra install, identical surface. The standalone package is a thin re-export shim, retained only for back-compat, and is no longer maintained. New projects should not add it. Mirrors the @pleach/base-tools deprecation (see that SKU's changelog) — both packages flipped pleach.stability to deprecated upstream on the same day, 2026-08-03.

• Packages table corrected to real published version — @pleach/tools 1.2.0 (was largely stale "Reserved · placeholder" framing).
• Plugin contract → Sibling SKUs as plugins section retitled (was "(planned shape; not yet shipping)") and rewritten with per-row real Phase A status — includes @pleach/tools.
